I contacted Sprint nd their confirmed that it was a New Spring iPhone and that there was no problems activating it., If you are careful is what you need in a cellular phone this 32GB iPhone 7 Plus is all you really need. This was purchased for my mother-in-law as she was still using an iPhone 5c 16GB. As we get older our vision gets worse and with the larger screen format she is now able to see thing better and not have to squint and strain her eyes to use the iPhone.
This iPhone has enough space to get her basic functions of calling, web browsing and the main apps that she uses done with no issues., Battery Life looks good but you can't tell till you've used it for awhile. ITunes makes it very easy to switch - just backup the old phone to iTunes and then on the new phone do a factory reset (if needed) and then restore from iTunes to the new phone.
