How To Add Mods To Origin Games
Bleemsync How To Add Games
Originally posted by:ok thx you but now i have to ask if you do add mods what are some good ones and what is easyer to get RAR or 7zipBoth are easy to get. As far as mods, I'm currently using these. This makes game look much betterTexture modsUsing Emi morph preset (look at images to see which preset is which)Overall body/face fixesHair mods/face/eyes, take a look and get whatever tickles your fancy and make sure to read descriptions!Dialogue FixesBody textures (Nudity)You'll need this if you wanna use more than one mod with a xml file such as morph mods and etc.I use this mod manager. After you have downloaded the.zip file of DAModder, you extract it wherever you want the modmanager to be. From th eextracted content there should be a file called 'DAModder.exe'. You will now have a window where all your installed mods and DLC will be shown.
It should be able to automatically find your installation folder, so you can start modding right away.Any future mod you download from now on (choose manual download) will give you either a.dazip file, a zip file, or a.rar file. Either kind works the same in this case. Then just drag and drop this dazip/zip/rar file to your DAModder window, and it will install it for you in seconds.
In some cases it might complain with a pop up window, but then that usually just means that you need to open the rar/zip file and extract its content straight into DAModder. Then it should work as intended.Note that there are some specific mods that will need to be installed in a very specific way, where DAModder wont help you, most notably:Improved atmosphereDragon age redesigned. There are however clear installation instructions for these mods in the readmes. And you should ALWAYS read the readme either way.
Do you still got the WrathEd Mod Launcher?Bibbers Website is down for over 8-9 months now. And as I found out, he wanted to stop with all C&C stuff at least, that's what I was told by someone called egozi44. I don't know why bibber turned the downloads off though.Edit:When I follow your intructions, my C&C suddenly requires me to verfiy my TW/KW key.If I login with my credentials, then press 'enter key' (again?) it runs in a 'time out' / 'you are offline' error probably because this old files try to reach an EA Server who not exist anymore. If I repair my game via origin, everything is fine again but no mods:(.
So the website is online again? (@work, can't open such links. They get blocked)Because the last 8 or more month his website was 'In Maintenance' and you only got a banner informing you about the maintenance. So now downloading etc. That Origin broke (again.) the launchers, that's what I noticed too.I was able to restore a 5-6 year old version of KW/TW from a backup of a HDD. (DVDs are scratched.)Funy thing is, I can't play mods with these restored versions.
Modding DA on EA's Origin? - posted in Dragon Age Mod Talk: So I got The compleet edition of DA, but not on steam but on Origin, now I was wondering if it is possible to mod DA on Origin as I read that people got banned for modding ME3 on Origin. Modding DA2 through Origin - posted in Dragon Age 2 Mod Talk: I've been playing DA2 on my PS3 since the release day, but now I want to mod it and play around with all the awesome changes available on this site. So I thought I would download it on Origin, but now I can't figure out how to add the mods I've downloaded.
I can start them. I can save replays, save games etc. (I added also all registry keys) but 'WrathEd' Modlauncher doesn't detect any mods. However, the 'vanilla' Modlauncher does detect mods. Really, really strange.
